Steve Cox, General Manager

Pastor Steve has been with Christian Radio since 1998.  After being our General Sales Manager he stepped up into the position of General Manager in 1999.  Steve and his wife Suzanne attend Shouts of Grace in Grover Beach.  He has 3 children, Jason, Christi and Sarah and 4 grandchildren.  His youngest daughter Sarah attends Santa Clara University with her husband EJ.  An avid Harley rider you may see Steve on a sunny day cruising on his bike.

Gretchen England, Traffic Manager/Web Designer

Gretchen has been with Christian Radio since 1999.   She has 3 children, and 2 beautiful Grandchildren.   She attends The Gate Vineyard Fellowship and has been ministering in worship for over 15 years, singing, playing various instruments and writing worship music.  Besides being our Traffic Manager Gretchen is our Web Master and does all of our graphic and web design.

Crystal Star, Production Manager

We are blessed to have Crystal on staff as our youngest and most cheerful addition.  Always a blessing Crystal works diligently with both KGDP AM and KGDP FM to make sure that you hear your favorite programs daily.  An animal lover and an avid surfer, Crystal is a blessing to all as she ushers in the joy of the Lord with her sunny disposition and ready smile.

Candida Delgatty, Dir. of Development and Publications

Candida joined the staff of KGDP in June of 2001.  She brings tremendous experience and talent to our monthly newsletters design and editing.  She is coordinating marketing efforts for Christian Radio and is working with us on some exciting upcoming events.  Candida has a Masters Degree in music and is an accomplished pianist.  Over the years she has been involved in a variety of ministry efforts including foreign and domestic mission trips and was a church pianist for many years.  After earning her PHD in medicine, she is currently doing her medical residency in Colorado.  All in all we are blessed to have her as a part of the Christian Radio family.

Dawn Delgatty, Accountant/Treasurer

Dawn graduated magna cum laude from Cal State, Bakersfield, California, in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. From their home/office in Texas, Dawn is a full time accountant and treasurer for KGDP and oversees payroll, tax returns, financial statements, and general corporate activities as Chairperson of the Board.
